A few quick answers

Do I need Internet to build?

Solo building works offline. Internet multiplayer and the community Workshop require a connection.

Where is my saved work?

Your local builds, instruction steps, progress and settings are stored on your headset. They are not automatically uploaded to the Workshop. Clearing application data or uninstalling can affect local work; contact us before doing so if you need help preserving a build.

Can I request a refund here?

Purchases made through Meta are handled through Meta's purchase and refund process. We cannot access your payment details. You can still contact us about a technical issue.
